Our Story

We are a family owned and operated pizza shop serving the Orlando community with heart, intention, and really good pizza.

 

Our style is New York inspired with a Florida soul. We’re a slice and pie shop rooted in tradition, but shaped by where we live, bright, laid back, and community focused. Every sauce and every batch of dough is made in-house, with our dough cold-fermented for flavor, texture, and digestibility.

 

Quality ingredients and thoughtful processes are at the core of everything we do. From how we train our team, to how we treat our guests, to the pies and salads we serve, we believe care shows up in the details.
